She loves taking care of families, friend groups, couples, and individual people! Her primary focus is the well-being of each individual by way of their nervous system and in particular how the communication of life within is flowing from their Brain to all aspects of the Body along their Spine. She intentionally chose to create a membership office because she wants every person who seeks principled chiropractic care to have the opportunity with the highest benefit on a regular basis just as Chiropractors themselves receive care for optimal well-being while living through a clear and connected nerve system free of subluxations of the spine. Dr. Mindy herself has her nervous system checked and spine adjusted by a local SD chiropractor on a weekly basis to ensure proper nerve flow from her brain to her body. This ensures proper alignment of her spine for longevity and optimal movement and function in the now, as well as clarity, energy, and overall sense of peace within. Dr. Mindy’s highest personal value is WELL-BEING and that’s why she is beyond grateful to benefit from chiropractic care herself for optimal function and feeling in her present life as well as being proactive with her overall health within especially her spinal health. Through her own trials and tribulations on her own well-being journey she has come to have a great understanding of individual biomechanics, healing from acute and old injuries, and embodying a holistic way of life as best as she possibly can. Dr. Mindy has been a multi-sport athlete the majority of her life and is a former collegiate athlete in volleyball and javelin. Bringing her knowledge of her past to the present is one of the ways she is able to help people most! Understanding that people choose chiropractic for various reasons she is here to support you in your well-being goals and values as well. We live in a paradoxical world with loads of beauty and joy as well as stress and pain. Dr. Mindy loves guiding her clients when necessary in order to help them from repeating patterns that do no let the body unwind and clear patterns that have been set in for years and honestly since we were all very young(even since our birth). This is why over time you will observe Dr. Mindy taking care of infants, toddlers and kiddos in general. Helping them start out with a balanced spine and nervous system will give them the best chance at not only adapting and growing optimally but functioning and feeling optimally within. These benefits are still there for us adults as well! We may have more patterns that need unwinding and with regular care we can benefit just as much.
