We’re excited to welcome Sandra Fraser as the new teacher for our 11am Ashtanga Yoga class on Thursdays. Sandra has been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 1999 under the guidance of Tim Miller. With over 25 years of teaching experience, she brings a hands-on, vigorous approach balanced with a lighthearted and playful energy. Drawing on her deep knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and subtle energy systems, Sandra supports students at every level, creating a truly transformative experience.

In yoga, we practice seva ~ selfless service 💜

We’re collecting slightly used or new yoga mats to support a free yoga workshop for families at a medical clinic in Tijuana.

A mat you no longer use can become a powerful tool for movement, calm, and connection. New ones are welcome too!

This year has flown by - we are grateful for the experiences we've been given and the yoga community we can practice with. December has a few more events to close out the year with sound healing, a winter solstice ceremony and reiki circle. Then in January we have new events and trainings to share with you.
