zuchinni stuffed w/ quinoa , mushrooms,garbonzos,tofu,lots of vegies and kale.
segved on a bed of rainbow vegie pasta wiyh a spicy garlic marinara
and greed godess orange and red beets, which can be served cold or hot.

perfectly seasoned black beans
with Kale
Amazing Soup ! yes that is what it is called
because it is an amazing blend of organic yukon gold potatoes w/kale cannelinni beans & bosc pear. an unusual pairing that will surprise & delight your taste buds !!!
And A Blueberry wheatberry salad w/ spicy pecans on yummy organic butter lettuce.
