⭐️ WEEKLY CHALLENGE! ⭐️
This week’s challenge will give you the motivation to finally make those changes you’ve been thinking about!
👉It’s the SWAP IT OUT Challenge.
It’s pretty simple. Swap out one thing in your diet or workout routine that could use some shaking up.
Maybe you’ve been thinking about going dairy free for a while – so swap out your regular milk with a nut milk!
Or maybe you have been thinking about eating fewer starchy carbs – swap out your regular rice with cauliflower rice!
And if you do all your cardio workouts on the treadmill, you could swap it out for the elliptical, stairclimber, or a class!
A few more ideas:
1. Swap sugar for applesauce
2. An apple or other fruit instead of your afternoon cookie/vending snack
3. Switch a cardio workout for a weights workout
This is for JUST ONE WEEK … which makes it a great way to test-drive the swaps to see if they work for you.
Plus, it’s fun to mix things up.
