✨ Trader Joe’s Weeknight Chicken Orzo ✨
Creamy, garlicky, and bursting with sun-dried tomato goodness—this one-pan chicken orzo is the ultimate weeknight dinner! 🍽️ It’s been my ultimate cozy meal for this fall and one that I have on repeat every week.

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed {or swap in chicken sausage}
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧄 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
🍅 ¾ cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil and drained
🌿 2 tsp Italian seasoning
🧂 ½ tsp kosher salt
⚫ 1 tsp ground black pepper
🍚 1 cup orzo
🥣 2 ¾ cups chicken broth {I use chicken boullion for max flavor}
🥛 ¾ cup milk (full-fat recommended)
💚 1 cup frozen or fresh peas
🧀 ¾ cup Parmeggiano reggiano cheese, freshly grated
Instructions (short version):
1️⃣ Sauté chicken in olive oil
2️⃣ Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes & Italian seasoning
3️⃣ Stir in orzo & broth → cover & cook 12 mins
4️⃣ Finish with milk, peas & Parmesan
5️⃣ Serve & enjoy!
