Most people think Pilates is just a workout. But for many of my clients, it becomes a path back to living with less pain, better posture, more confidence, and a body that feels supported again. 💛
I work with clients in Encinitas at Pilates & Beyond, where I specialize in therapeutic Pilates and corrective movement — with a special passion for helping people with scoliosis.
I’m also currently on the path to becoming a fully certified Scolio-Pilates instructor by the end of this year, deepening my ability to help clients with scoliosis through specialized, evidence-informed movement strategies.
With scoliosis, generic exercise often isn’t enough. Every curve pattern is different, which means your movement approach should be too.
