I loved getting up for sunrise 🌅 to greet the desert energy and guide festival-goers through a soulful blend of breathwork, somatic movement, yoga, and Pilates — helping everyone connect with their bodies, find balance, and flow into a day full of music and workshops.

I grew up with kundalini yoga and Reiki—my mom was a practitioner, and these teachings were a big part of my world from a young age. One of the blessings I always loved hearing (and still do) is this one from Yogi Bhajan:

“May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you guide your way on.”

Whether you're looking to rehabilitate an injury, struggling with chronic pain, or wanting to improve athletic performance, I'm here to help you meet your goals. I believe you can get stronger, feel better, and live a more vibrant life at any age! I offer a compassionate, holistic, mind-body approach which can transform your body in just a few sessions by identifying the root cause of an issue using orthopedic assessments, manual therapy and Pilates-based exercises. Feeling immediate and long term relief from pain is possible! I offer individual sessions as well as combo packages. I have 16 years experience practicing bodywork and teaching movement and strive to assist my clients on their journey towards optimal health.
