We offer FREE Gentle Yoga each Tues. 5-6:15 PM Pacific Time, a ThetaHealing Circle each Tues. 7-8 PM Pacific Time, Satsang & Meditation each Wed. 7-9 PM Pacific Time. Ananda Encinitas is a non-institutional sacred center serving the spiritually minded with gentle yoga classes, lessons on self-realization, satsangs (on yogic philosophy), meditation, and ThetaHealing (counseling, workshops & healing circles). Only 2 miles from Paramhansa Yogananda's Hermitage, meditation gardens, and the Self Realization Temple, Ananda Encinitas has a 12 year history of success enabling life-changing results:
