BE MINDFUL WITH ALCOHOL, SPICY AND STIMULATING FOODS
These can contribute to internal heat and imbalance, making crampies or heavy flow more intense for some women.
PRIORITIZE DEEP REST
Your body is releasing, rebuilding and replenishing blood. Sleep and gentle rhythms are part of the medicine.
