Happy present moment! Happy New Moon. I had some crunchy feelings today, so I decided to make space between my emotions and body with trail riding to my fav stillness spot:) my ego is in check, my little buns are sore and I got some great views. 🏆The old me use to check out, avoid and self sooth in much more destructive ways ( bless her heart :) happy we get to do this now! 🪻🌷🌼

A little meditation for whoever may find it. Better with headphones 🎧. With all that is going on in our collective… I thought 💭…the internet does not need another pretty picture of me, so I’ll offer a moment of stillness for any beautiful human that this may resonate for. Prior to 2020 I played bowls for my friends and self… it was a curiosity but not fully a calling until the pandemic hit in 2020. At the time, I felt powerless not only myself but my colleagues who were all on the frontlines. It was a time filled with fear, isolation and uncertainty. I started doing sound baths for my colleagues in the ER and cath lab out on the grass of our hospital. This quickly expanded to other departments, wellness week and into other integrative health initiatives….years beyond the pandemic. One of my proudest accomplishments has been getting sound healing meditation into hospitals + bridging the East and West… in addition to supporting my colleagues to combat burnout working in highly stressful environments. I love training nurses,therapists and doctors who have been interested in using sound for their own practice. Exciting times and I’m grateful for it all .
