Happy present moment! Happy New Moon. I had some crunchy feelings today, so I decided to make space between my emotions and body with trail riding to my fav stillness spot:) my ego is in check, my little buns are sore and I got some great views. 🏆The old me use to check out, avoid and self sooth in much more destructive ways ( bless her heart :) happy we get to do this now! 🪻🌷🌼
