MDR started as a neighborhood pharmacy in Los Angeles, CA, but quickly realized that infertility patients deserve special care. Since 1989, MDR has established a national program to deliver unparalleled service, competitive pricing, convenience and peace of mind to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with just one call. With that commitment, MDR has grown to be one of the largest independently owned specialty pharmacies. Today, patients throughout the United States receive that same high level of attention and benefits, whether they’re calling from the comfort of their home or visiting one of the MDR pharmacies. MDR is literally and figuratively a “family” business. We are 3rd generation pharmacists dedicated to helping patients become parents. Every member of our organization is part of the MDR family. “Family” is everything to us but what does that really mean? It means we are independent, privately owned and operated. We have no outside influences, such as Wall Street analysts or venture capitalists that can have an impact on the decisions we make. All the things we do come down to caring for our “extended family” – the patients and centers we serve and the infertility world we share. We work hard to try and do what is right. It also means you can trust the services and products we offer. Trust they are right for patients and practices. To us, this concept of family is our inspiration to deeply care and to strive to always do things better. While the world around us continues to change, our core values haven’t changed – treat people with dignity, respect and understanding, keep commitments, commit to continuing learning, and do the right thing.
