My family and I are going to Maryland this weekend to visit relatives I can’t wait!!!! Wooohoooo!!!! 🦀🐚🦀🐚🦀🐚🦀🐚

I don’t know how many of you know this but this is where I grew up! We are really looking forward to seeing my old stomping grounds. I grew up in the Perry Hall White Marsh area! My kids will get to see a lot of our relatives and family. 💚

I plan to be off here the remainder of the week but wanted to give you all a few reminders. 💚

We have two classes the first week of April. Starry Night Meditation and Sound bath and Starry Night Chakra Yoga with Sound bath. I also will attach the rest of the schedule for April. I will put sign ups in the comments.

Your nervous system isn’t broken… it’s trying to protect you 🤍

In a world that constantly pushes us into “go mode,” many of us are living in a heightened state of stress without even realizing it. This comes from the body’s built-in survival wiring—your autonomic nervous system—which is always scanning for safety.

The truth is, safety isn’t something you force… it’s something you gently build.

✨ A few simple ways to support your system today:

• Slow your breath (longer exhales than inhales)

• Place a hand on your heart and feel the warmth

• Look around and remind yourself: “I’m safe right now”

• Move your body slowly and intentionally

• Hum or listen to soothing sounds to stimulate the vagus nerve

These small moments send powerful signals to your body: you can soften, you can settle, you are okay.

You don’t need to do more… you need to feel safe enough to be.
