If you’re home and want a gentle way to settle your body, consider a few minutes of a supported bridge:

- Lie on your back and place a pillow, folded blanket, or yoga block under the back of the hips, not the low back
- Let the feet relax and the knees soften slightly toward one another
- Rest the arms wherever feels most comfortable

Stay for a few slow, easy breaths—or longer if it feels supportive on your back with knees bent, feet on the floor, and slow, easy breathing.

Emily will be leading a special New Year’s Eve Restore Yoga practice — a quiet, supportive space to slow down, settle the body, and gently close out the year before turning toward what’s next.

Through long-held, fully supported postures and gentle guidance, we’ll focus on downshifting the nervous system and allowing everything to settle. A steady, grounding way to end the year with care.
