In Yin Yoga for Lymphatic Drainage, Jason combines gentle self-massage, mindful breathing, and supported yin postures to help you tap into that natural flow and restore ease throughout the body.

With the changing season come a few changes at the studio. Melissa will be leaving our teaching team to focus on her other commitments, and we are so grateful for everything she’s shared with our community. We wish her all the best as she continues her teaching journey. 💛
