⚠️STATE OF EMERGENCY: Village Mayor Nick Burlingame has declared a State of Emergency in Endicott, in response to the cold temperatures and active snowstorm.🌨️

This declaration is made in accordance with the authority vested under Section 24 of the New York State Executive Law, and will be active five days, or until it is lifted by the Mayor.

As we brace for heavy snowfall, please:

❄️ Keep vehicles off the street if there’s more than 3 inches of snow to help with road clearing.

🏠 Shovel fire hydrants and sidewalks for the safety of emergency services and pedestrians.

🚗 Limit travel unless absolutely necessary during the storm.

Please help your neighbors. Stay safe and warm, Endicott!

Village residents, be advised that garbage pickup will be delayed by one day this week.🗑️

One of the highlights of the year at EFP is our annual Thanksgiving and charity basket raffle. We are incredibly thankful for the kindness of all our staff, not just for our patients, but for each other. Thank you staff!

Help those in our community who need it. EFP is a drop-off site for CHOW until 11/21/25. Marked barrels will be in the EFP waiting room for donations. Any non-perishable item will be accepted, but see the attached flyer for some of the most popular foods.

This month can be significant challenge for many. Giving a little goes a long way.
