"Winter solstice teaches us about resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days. It's a time to reflect on your inner light and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal."

The 21st of December, for the past 18 years has been extremely important to me; I battled my own demons as I first entered the doors of Finger Lakes School of Massage. FLSM staff, faculty, and fellow classmates became a part of healing journey. It was through my time there that I had self discovery and developed a passion to give unto others.

Everyday there after, I try my best to always put forth the healing energy that I learned at FLSM. While the world can be a dangerous and cruel place, I hold space at Sun & Sage Massage and Wellness to put forth all the postivie energy.

I continue to grow in my education in the field and hope that my clients will continue on this journey with me. Thank you everyone who has allowed me to create a safe space. Thank you for always trusting me. Here's to 18 more years?

I will be unavailable June 20th to August 16th. It is my goal to be back at work by August 17th. This decision is not an easy one because I absolutely love what I do. I drive into work thrilled because I care so deeply for my clients as well as for the people I work alongside. After 17 years of being in this industry, I still absolutely love what I do.
