Yesterday I had three new clients experience Reiki-infused Vibroacoustic Therapy for the first time 🌀

Still sitting with how beautiful this past Sunday felt 🤍

It’s such an honor to hold space like this… especially for women who are willing to show up, soften, and meet themselves a little more deeply.

In our Balance & Bloom gathering , we moved through a quiet release… letting something from a season that’s been closing be set down… and opening to something new, something to tend to and grow in the season ahead.

Witnessing that shift, in myself and in others, is such a potent experience.

I don’t take this work lightly, and it means so much to be trusted in these spaces. Thank you to everyone who came and shared in it with me 🙏🏻

We all have our doorway.

For some it’s painting, gardening, dancing, washing dishes, holding a child, walking in nature.
And for her… it was knitting.

The act itself isn’t the point.
It’s the quality of consciousness inside the act.

Find the thing that loosens your edges
opens your heart
and lets you slip out of the suit of who you think you’re supposed to be.

It’s the courage to meet your shadow through love instead of shame.
To explore the pain, the patterns, the stories and hold them in the presence of your own light.

In my opinion, that’s not avoidance…
