Roy Nathan Bullock, 66 died on December 12, 2019. He was born on October 12, 1953 in Rison, Arkansas to James and Martha Bullock. He was a member of the Scott United Pentecostal Church. Roy enjoyed tinkering with cars; he could fix anything. He was preceded in death by one son Nathan Charles Bullock and his parents James and Martha Bullock.

Roy was a kind, devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a dedicated christian man that loved the Lord. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He cherished his family and would sacrifice to make sure they were taken care of.

He could fix anything from a flashlight to a tractor trailer. Roy is known for using spare parts and even making parts that he needed to fix something, Our family has a saying "If Papa can't fix no one can".

He loved riding and fixing motorcycles, old cars, driving fast, in his younger days riding levees. He loved challenges and didn't stop until he fixed or built whatever was needed, including building his first bike from spare parts. He could look at a vehicle of any kind and tell you the year, make and model regardless of how old it was. Roy could listen to a vehicle for just a few minutes and tell you what was wrong with it. He was a jack of all trades not just vehicles. Roy took great pride in building our home. He was a very intelligent and talented man and never failed to accomplish what he started

He loved play practical jokes on people and could come up with a funny comment about any situation. The jokes ranged from putting dead snakes in a person's vehicle to telling someone, it is a good thing your other friend is here or you would be the ugliest one here. He enjoyed laughing and making other people laugh.

He would help anyone that needed help. We stopped on the side of the road many times to help people change their tires. if he didn't have what someone needed he would help them find some one or a place that did.

When he was leaving whether it was church or visiting family he would always say "Glad you got see me." It became a challenge for some family members to try to beat him saying it when we were leaving.

There are not enough words to express what a wonderful, talented, humorous, intelligent and devoted loving, giving man that the Lord blessed us when he gave us Roy. He has impacted the lives of everyone that he met and made us better for having the honor and privilege to know and love him.

He is survived by his wife Lou Ann, daughters Christie Hall (Joseph) of Sherwood Arkansas. and Casandra Oden (D.J. ) of Hensley, Arkansas. Roy is also survived by sister Brenda Dunbar (Earl) of Bloomfield, Missouri and Gracie Parker of Ward, Arkansas, brothers Harold Bullock (Ura) of Santa Fe, New Mexico and Norman Bullock of Little Rock, Arkansas. He is also survived by grandchildren Brieanna, Chase, Emma, Jacob, Avery, Vinnie, Payeton and Ezra.

He was quick to laugh, changed his hairstyle on a whim, and loved those around him ferociously! He didn't take much seriously and usually had a song lyric to fill in the gaps of any conversation! When he wasn't working you could find him hanging out with his daughter, enjoying some fishing, waiting on a deer, or taking an afternoon nap!

On August 23, 2018 Adam made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ! Shortly after, his wife Shannon also made a profession of faith, and both were baptized on September 30, 2018 at County Line Missionary Baptist Church in England Arkansas. Adam was a changed man and had a growing desire to know Christ more deeply and lead his family to do the same. Adam loved the members Of County Line and they loved him, and welcomed him and his family joyfully into their congregation.
