• Botox: 14 units frontalis, 16 units glabella, 28 units lateral canthal

The patient expressed concerns about her tear troughs and smile lines, so we opted for DermaGel to enhance her under-eyes. This approach not only adds volume to correct hollowness but also stimulates collagen and elastin production for a more youthful appearance. Making sure you look better and better over time!

To address her smile lines, we replenished volume in her mid-face and lateral cheeks. As we age, fat pads can shift, leading to jowls and nasolabial folds. I prioritize treating the lateral areas first to restore structure.

As a result, her lower face appears slimmer, and her mid-face looks significantly lifted.
