I can't believe it has been a little over a year since everything shut down. Last year I think the pandemic stole my full enjoyment of spring. I am excited to start seeing flowers pop up at my office🥰

My newly required supplies are trickling in and that means I am getting closer to resuming business. Yay!!!

Governor Dewine and the State of Ohio Medical Board has released Massage Therapists to return to work as early as May 15th along with 3 pages of safety regulations. I will be spending time studying the new regulations and acquiring necessary equipment/cleaning products to comply. I will notify everyone when I am ready to resume business.

Unfortunately at this time licensed massage therapists are not included in the Governor''s plan. The State of Ohio Medical Board who licenses massage therapists in Ohio is the determining body. We have not been released to return to work yet and as far as I know do not have a return date yet.

Keeping my fingers nimble! I decided to try macrame since I've been getting into plants. Not bad for my first time 😁

Gave a baby chick a massage today. It stretched out it's neck and then if I stopped, it's head started popping up and chirping at me. Eventually it fell asleep. Guess I might be missing my job.

Seriously though, a tennis ball actually CAN be a great therapy tool during this time of social distancing. It especially great to release tension in the hips which also helps the low back.

Making the most of my time social distancing. I took my 5 yo to the Metropark. It took some convincing, but he had fun too. It was full of zombies, enchanted creeks, rock maps, & magic scepters. You gotta love 5 year olds. They see things differently...
