As we enter a season defined by gratitude and giving, we also recognize that many families are experiencing food insecurity. To help support those in need, our community is collecting non-perishable food items now through December 31. And thanks to Grace Management, Inc., every donation will be matched pound for pound (up to 100 pounds) to extend the impact even further.

Thank you to our residents, families, associates, and partners for joining us in this important effort. Together, we can help fill plates and hearts this holiday season. 💜

Over the last 24 hours at Heritage Oaks of Englewood, we’ve been busy honoring our veterans 🇺🇸❤️
From a touching pinning ceremony hosted by Trilogy, and a veteran photo shoot to a delicious cake donated by Kiki from Home Well Care Services — and even a full ceremony at the American Legion — it’s been a truly special time of gratitude and celebration!
