Your body just did something incredible. 🤍
One of the most common questions I get is: “How soon after having kids can I have a Mommy Makeover?”
Here’s what I generally recommend:
• Be done having children
• At least 6 months postpartum
• If breastfeeding — wait 3–6 months after you completely stop
• Be at a stable, maintainable weight
Pregnancy and breastfeeding change your hormones, breast volume, skin elasticity, and abdominal wall. Rushing into surgery before your body has stabilized can affect both your results and your recovery.
For most women, that means somewhere between 6–12+ months after their last baby — sometimes longer — and that’s okay.
This isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about operating on a body that’s ready.
If you’re in that in-between stage and wondering what timeline makes sense for you, that’s exactly what consultations are for.
Be sure you are done having children, at least 6 months postpartum, finished breastfeeding with time for your hormones to settle, and at a stable weight. For many women, that ends up being closer to 6 to 12 months after baby, sometimes even longer.
Your body grew a human. Let it recover ❤️
