If your heart or mind feel unsettled after you scroll, it isn’t random…your nervous system is reacting to your feed.
Fewer inputs, better inputs, more truth. That’s what we need.
Try a one-week experiment: pick one boundary, keep it, then notice your sleep, your patience with your people, and your time with God. Maybe you choose not to scroll past 8pm, or you set aside specific time to scroll with boundaries on how long you’re on social media for. Maybe you’re more intentional about unfollowing accounts that breed negativity or anxiety.
Needing limits and boundaries isn’t weakness.
