Concentration - are you able to concentrate or do you feel brain fog?
Avoidance - are you avoiding doing anything or acknowledging any emotions?
Mood - are you experiencing significant mood swings or increased stress? Are you more irritable or snappy at others?
Sleep/ appetite - has your sleep quality or appetite increased or decreased?
Being present - are you able to be present with yourself and in the moment or are you constantly thinking of other things/ people
Energy/ tension - how is your energy level? Are you feeling tense or anxious all the time?
