In a recent national study co-authored by LeadingAge LTSS Center at UMass Boston, researchers sought to understand how adults feel about receiving caregiving support from family or friends versus home care professionals. The study found that those receiving some support from paid home care caregivers felt more mastery over their lives in comparison to those who received support from only family members or friends.

A Leaders of Color Network forum at the LeadingAge Annual Meeting will focus on advancing leadership in aging services.
