Had such a wonderful evening seeing The Queen of Versailles on Broadway with my college friends from MIT!

We kicked off the night with a pre-theatre dinner at Avra on Madison, then enjoyed catching up in the VIP room at the St. James Theatre before the show. 🎭

One of the questions I hear most often about rhinoplasty is, “What is recovery really like?”

Everyone heals a bit differently, but most patients see the majority of swelling and bruising improve within the first couple of weeks. After that, the nose continues to slowly refine over time, with subtle changes happening for months as everything fully settles!

Rhinoplasty is a delicate, complex procedure that requires specialized skill to reshape the nose for both aesthetic and functional goals.

Choosing an experienced, board-certified specialist helps reduce risks like uneven results, breathing issues, or asymmetry, and ensures a natural, balanced outcome that complements your unique features.

Here’s a beautiful look at a rhinoplasty result— directly after the procedure! 😍

It’s important to remember that what you see right after surgery is just the starting point. Over the next weeks and months, swelling slowly settles, and the nose softens. Most patients see their final, refined results in about one year.

For this rhinoplasty, we gently smoothed the dorsal hump and lifted the nasal tip to create a more balanced, refined profile— while keeping everything natural and true to her features.

One of my favorite procedures to perform is an internal nasal surgery, so I wanted to give you a look into today's case.

During the procedure, I'm able to address breathing issues by working within the nostrils to correct a deviated septum, shrink enlarged turbinates, or clear sinus blockages.

Using an endoscope gives me a clear, detailed view— meaning no visible scarring, a smoother recovery, and better airflow!

Nasal fractures can really impact both confidence AND how well you breathe— anyone who’s been through it knows just how frustrating that can be.

After a nasal fracture repair, it’s incredibly rewarding to see patients not only looking like themselves again, but breathing better than ever. There’s truly nothing better than that moment when the splint comes off, and they get to see and feel the difference for the first time. 😊

Rhinoplasty isn’t just about changing how your nose looks— it can also make a big difference in how it functions.

A well-planned rhinoplasty can improve breathing by addressing structural issues while also refining the shape for balance and harmony with your facial features.

The goal is always to enhance both form AND function, so you look and feel your best.

Botox can be a really effective tool for managing facial paralysis. 💉

It works by temporarily blocking nerve signals to specific muscles, which helps reduce unwanted movements, spasms, and tightness. This can help improve facial symmetry and overall balance, and results typically last about 3–4 months!

Male rhinoplasty is a bit different than female rhinoplasty, and that distinction really matters.

With men, the focus is on refinement without softening the nose too much. We aim to keep the bridge straighter, the structure strong, and the overall look masculine— just more balanced and proportionate.
