"Dr Jacob Katz has the right medication to get you through. I had coughing for four years with wheezing and trouble breathing put me on 10 day medication and it’s gone. He was able to give her a diagnosis and treatment plan and suggested a couple of exercises that she could do to keep her shoulder from freezing up. 🚨 NJ BLIZZARD WARNING 🚨
It’s not the snow that injures you…
It’s how you shovel it.

Every year I see the same thing:
❄️ “Quick driveway cleanup”
➡️ 3 weeks of back pain
➡️ Missed workouts
➡️ Sleepless nights

Here’s how to NOT end up in my office tomorrow:

✅ Warm up for 3–5 minutes (yes, even in the snow)
✅ Bend your KNEES, not your back
✅ Push snow , don’t twist and throw it
✅ Take breaks every 10–15 minutes
✅ Stay layered and dry
✅ Hot shower + stretch after

⚠️ If you feel sharp pain, stop immediately.
Your spine is not trying to be a hero.
