Client’s Testimony!!

My Total Body Release experience absolutely can not be said in a few words, so here goes! Serenity by Niccole changed my life! This is my testimony!

I am a Cancer survivor; 9 years in remission. For years I quietly suffered with body spasms, cramps, stiffness and cracking, day and night. My body stayed sore after these attacks. I developed insomnia for 7 years because I was afraid to go to sleep fearing that intense pain I'd get. These cramps, stiffness and popping would come on anywhere in my body; back, ribs, neck, feet, etc. Oh, and add constipation to that list.

I tried everything, all kind of remedies, from working out, water, to tart cherry juice, mustard, soap in my socks, even Kinesiology. I wasn't dehydrated, all my medical levels were good so, what was it?

I'd heard of Lymphatic Drainage but never tried because I thought it was just a message and Im not a big message person. I had been told about Nicole, and at this point, I'd try anything. I needed help; I needed results!

Niccole, Niccole, Niccole- Changed my life!!! I was a bit nervous because I didn't know what to expect. My faith in God and hesitantly trusting in Nicole, my mind and body had to believe she could help.

She began using her techniques, a combination of Fascial Release and Lymphatic Drainage. Her calm and gentle spirit relaxed me and I felt assured that I was in the right place. I was in her precious hands.

As she touched, moved and pushed on my body parts in various ways I began to feel the tension being released. My body when into a total relaxation mode that it hadn't felt in years. She'd be working in one area but I could feel a release in another area. Something was taking place in my body that I couldn't understand. I literally felt things moving around. Before she'd even finished, I was making my next appointment in my head.

Immediately after finishng I had to p*e and I had alot of gas. (TMI - sorry)
I felt much lighter; this was right. I had like a heaviness on one side of my neck, (that looks like a thyroid condition that I don't have) even went down.

Finally the results are in. The final test was at night. This is day 2 after my visit with Niccole. I slept like a baby for the very first time in years; no cramps, spasms, no stiffness or cracking.
