My Original Yogis! These two have been coming to my yoga class from the very beginning, back when I blared the music way too loud and no one could hear what I was saying.

This month, we are repeating the series that I taught when I first started at the Y. After the first night of doing this series again, Jamie came up to me and told me how awesome it was to see how much different the flow felt after doing yoga for two years!

I am so proud of and thankful for these two who continue to show up and take care of themselves!

We would love for you to join us Thursday night at 5:30pm at the YMCA!
