This job coordinates employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities and mental illness. This position is liaison between Supported Community Lifestyles, Inc., a vocational job provider, and Liberty Healthcare of Oklahoma/Robert M Greer Center

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Coordinate client training and schedules for 28-34 people with dual diagnosis residing at the Robert M Greer Center
2. Develop, write, and revise training programs to provide person-centered work opportunities for persons served
3. Provide thorough, ongoing communication to persons served, SCL management, and Greer administration
4. Attend and participate in quarterly case reviews, psychiatric medication reviews, and annual IP meetings
5. Assess individuals served through a formalized vocational assessment program
6. Provide job coaching/work training as scheduled
7. Develop new jobs and job opportunities in the Enid area
8. Conduct yourself in a manner expected from a role model. Treat clients, coworkers, and others with respect and dignity.

This position is subject to SCL and Liberty Healthcare of Oklahoma policies and procedures including drug testing, background checks, training, and COVID testing as written in policy.
