Maintaining a healthy weight isn’t about perfection. It’s about balance, awareness and small, sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.

Obesity is a complex health issue influenced by genetics, environment, access to nutritious foods, physical activity, stress, sleep and other factors. It isn’t a simple matter of willpower, and it deserves compassion, not judgment.

Everyone’s health journey is unique. What matters most is taking steps that support your physical, mental and emotional wellness.

If you’re ready to start the conversation, please schedule an appointment. We are here to support you.

🌟 Celebrating Service Excellence at St. Mary’s 🌟

We are proud to recognize several of our outstanding caregivers who were recently awarded SEE (Service Excellence Experience) Coins — one of the highest compliments a caregiver can receive at St. Mary’s. SEE Coins are given when a patient or family member takes the time to share unsolicited, heartfelt feedback about the exceptional care they received. These moments of gratitude reflect the compassion, professionalism and humanity our caregivers bring to every interaction.

Today, we celebrate the caregivers pictured here - George, Lisa, Amy and Ashley — individuals who consistently go above and beyond, who lead with kindness, and who make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Thank you for embodying what Service Excellence looks like in action. Your dedication inspires us every day. Your impact is felt, your work is valued and your excellence does not go unnoticed. Congratulations ✨

❤️ Love Never Takes a Day Off ❤️ While many people spent Valentine’s Day at restaurants and exchanging cards, our St. Mary’s team spent the day exactly where their hearts truly are — caring for patients. Holidays don’t stop illness, injuries, or babies from arriving, and because of that, neither do our caregivers. Behind every call light answered, every reassuring smile, every hand held and every late-night chart completed… is someone missing time with their own families so they can care for us.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dedication and kindness shown by our staff each and every day, especially on holidays. If you see a St. Mary’s caregiver, please join us in saying thank you. They truly are the heart of our hospital.

Cardiac rehabilitation programs help patients recover from heart attacks, surgeries and other cardiac events. These medically supervised programs combine exercise, education and lifestyle counseling with the goal of reducing future hospitalizations and lowering the risk of another cardiac event. Our cardiac rehab team at St. Mary’s is dedicated to helping patients regain their strength, confidence and independence.
