Feel Good Friday: The Freedom of Simplicity
There’s something surprisingly joyful about simplicity. When we stop constantly consuming - food, information, stimulation - we often rediscover ease. The body relaxes. The mind clears. The heart softens.

As you move into the weekend, allow fasting to feel freeing rather than restrictive. Let it be about presence, not perfection. Love-based fasting reminds us that we already have enough, and that spaciousness itself can feel really, really good.

Lovingly,

Kristin Campbell, ND

Transformation Thursday: Choosing Less to Become More
Transformation doesn’t always look like striving. Sometimes it looks like subtraction. When we fast with love, we loosen our grip on habits, comforts, or patterns that once served us but may no longer fit.

This week invites a quiet transformation: noticing what you reach for automatically and asking why. Not with judgment, but with kindness. As you release excess, clarity often follows. Choosing less - intentionally and compassionately - creates room for alignment to emerge.

Wellness Wednesday: Resting the System
The body is constantly working to digest, process, and integrate - not just food, but information, emotion, and stimulation. Fasting, in its many forms, is not merely avoidance. It is a welcome space that gives these systems a chance to rest and recalibrate. This is one of the ways love supports physiological resilience.

Whether it’s a shorter eating window, a break from snacking, or a pause from constant scrolling, loving fasting reduces demand on the nervous system. When demand lowers, repair becomes possible. Wellness doesn’t always come from adding more, it often comes from allowing enough space.

Real Talk Tuesday: Fasting Is Not Punishment
Real talk: if fasting feels like punishment, control, or shame, it’s no longer rooted in love. Many of us carry stories that we must deny ourselves to be disciplined or worthy. But love-based fasting comes from trust, not force.

This kind of fasting isn’t about pushing through hunger or overriding your needs. It’s about discernment - knowing when rest, simplicity, or space would be more supportive than more input. Today, check in with your motivation. Are you choosing less from self-respect, or from self-criticism? The difference matters.

Mindful Monday: Fasting as an Act of Love
Fasting is often misunderstood as restriction, but at its core, fasting can be a profound act of love. Love knows when to nourish - and love also knows when to pause. Mindful fasting is about creating space so the body and spirit can speak more clearly.

When we intentionally choose less, the nervous system often experiences relief. Less stimulation. Less pressure. Less noise. Today isn’t about rules or timelines, it’s about curiosity. Where might your body be asking for a gentle pause, and how could honoring that be an expression of care?

If you are interested in fasting as an act of love and want more support on your endeavor, please let me know. I'll be sharing some insights about the benefits of fasting at tonight's class. Join us at 6pm!

Feel Good Friday: Celebrate Love That Feels Good in Your Body
This week leads us into Valentine’s Day, but love doesn’t need a card or a label to be medicinal. Love is anything honoring that helps your body feel lighter, safer, and more at ease. A genuine laugh. A meaningful conversation. A quiet moment of appreciation.

As you head into the weekend, celebrate love that feels good in your body - not love that drains, confuses, or activates our nervous system. Let this be a reminder that healing doesn’t always feel heavy. Sometimes it feels like warmth, relief, and coming back to yourself. And sometimes, it is light and fun.

Transformation Thursday: Love Repairs What Survival Wounded
So many patterns we try to “fix” were actually formed in survival mode. Hyper-independence, people-pleasing, overworking - these aren’t character flaws, they’re adaptations. Love is not something to earn, though. It is something we invite with understanding. Transformation happens when love creates enough safety for those patterns to soften.

Love is medicine because it repairs relational wounds, both with others and within ourselves (and it always starts within ourselves). When we experience attunement instead of judgment, the nervous system learns a new story. Today’s transformation may be subtle: allowing yourself to receive support, rest, or kindness without guilt.

Wellness Wednesday: The Biology of Love
Science continues to affirm what wisdom traditions have always known: love heals. Safe connection increases oxytocin, reduces cortisol, supports immune function, and improves heart health. Love isn’t separate from wellness - it’s central to it. It is the integration of our whole selves.

This includes the way we speak to ourselves. Self-compassion has measurable effects on stress hormones and inflammation. Today’s wellness practice isn’t about adding another supplement or routine, it’s about choosing a gentler inner language. Because how you love yourself is information your body responds to.

Real Talk Tuesday: Love Heals, Pressure Does Not
Here’s the real talk: healing doesn’t happen because we shame ourselves into change. It happens when we feel safe enough to rest, receive, and repair. Love is medicine because it removes the threat, not because it forces improvement.

Many of us learned that love had to be earned through performance or perfection. But that kind of “love” keeps the nervous system on high alert. Medicinal love says, You don’t have to prove anything here. Today, reflect on where you may be motivating yourself through pressure instead of compassion, and what healing might look like if you choose love instead.

Stay tuned for insights into how embracing a place of self-love instead of shame helped, and continues to help, me embrace progress not perfection.

Mindful Monday: Love Is Medicine
Love is not just an emotion - it’s a physiological experience. When we feel seen, supported, and connected, the body responds by softening. Heart rate slows, breath deepens, muscles release. This is why love has always been one of the most powerful medicines available to us.

Mindful love begins with awareness. Awareness of how your body responds to kindness. Awareness of how tension eases when you feel understood. Today, simply notice where love shows up as calm, warmth, or steadiness. Healing doesn’t always arrive with effort, sometimes it arrives with presence.

Feel Good Friday: Let Love Be Simple

Love doesn’t always need to be deep, heavy, or intense. Sometimes the most grounding love is simple: laughter, warmth, ease, and moments that let the body relax. Fun. Feel-good moments matter because joy is regulating. Pleasure, when it’s safe and gentle, helps the nervous system remember balance.

As you head into the weekend, give yourself permission to enjoy what feels good without earning it. Let love look like rest, connection, or doing absolutely nothing for a moment. Grounding love reminds us that we don’t have to strive to be worthy, we already are.

Transformation Thursday: Coming Home to Yourself

True transformation doesn’t begin with change - it begins with coming home. Grounding love helps us reconnect with ourselves after periods of stress, disconnection, or self-abandonment. Before we evolve, we must feel safe enough to stay.

When love grounds us, we stop chasing the next version of ourselves and start honoring who we already are. This creates a stable inner foundation where change can happen naturally, without force. Today’s transformation is subtle but powerful: choosing presence over pressure, and compassion over criticism.
