Spring cleaning isn’t about perfection. It’s about momentum.

Here’s something most people don’t realize:

Clutter is not just “stuff.”

Sap rises.
Light increases.
Energy shifts.

And your body responds , too.

Detox is not a trend. It is a daily biological process.
Your liver filters.
Your lymph moves.

Your cells repair.
