Please join us in celebrating our March Caregiver Spotlight, Tiffany Hedrick, who is marking 18 years with INTEGRIS Health! Tiffany’s journey into health care began with a passion for helping others. While working as a patient care coordinator at an INTEGRIS Health clinic in Oklahoma City, she was inspired by the nurses she worked alongside — an experience that ultimately shaped her path into nursing.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has served in several areas including INTEGRIS Health Medical Group, medical surgical, intermediate care unit, home health and oncology, and says it’s the people she works with who have inspired her to stay. The encouragement, support and teamwork she’s experienced across departments have helped her grow into the caregiver she is today.
Tiffany shares that what she looks forward to most each day is the opportunity to care for others and hopefully make someone’s day a little easier. One of the most meaningful parts of her role is building lasting relationships with patients and celebrating their progress along the way. She also enjoys that health care is always evolving, giving her opportunities to keep learning and growing, including currently studying to earn her national certification in oncology nursing.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys attending OSU football and basketball games, traveling with family, going to musicals and concerts and recently trying her hand at sourdough baking. And here’s a fun fact: she can even sing the Greek alphabet!
