Many clients have asked about Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, MLDM. I am creating this post to help with some of your questions. Also, please note, when I make recommendation and create a care plan for you, it is based on the clues your body has given me about your recovery. That care is most often individual, and cannot always be known by those outside of office sessions. I will always work with you to the best of my ability to facilitate your healing. If that is not my work, then I will absolutely give you a referral to a Therapist that I trust to help you in the area you need. 😊
Lymphatic massage is a gentle form of massage that moves lymph fluid from the tissues to the lymph nodes, which eases swelling. Lymphatic massage can help if you are feeling Bloat, brain fog, chronic sinus infection, fatigue, headaches, puffy ankles or hands, certain skin conditions, and swollen nodes in the neck. Some of the conditions that can be relieved include, but are not limited to...
Chronic Venus Insufficiency, Fibromyalgia, Injuries, Lipedema, Rheumatoid Arthritis and cosmetic (aesthetic) surgeries.
Lymphatic drainage can facilitate the immune system, reduce fluid retention, relieve neuropathy, manage stress and help bring circulation which may help skin to glow.
If you have any questions, or would like to set up an appointment, please send a message, or give me a call. 😊 Thank you for everything. Peace Love and Abundance to all.
