A HUGE thank you to our incredible community for supporting the 13th Annual Enid AM TOO AMBUCS Chicken & Noodle Fundraiser! Because of you, a whole lot of chicken, noodles, and AMBUCS teamwork turned into something pretty amazing.

To everyone who bought tickets, drove through, waved, smiled, and patiently waited for their noodles — thank you for showing up and supporting our mission.

And to our AMBUCS members and volunteers… WOW. You stirred, scooped, packed, organized, lifted, delivered, and probably smelled like chicken and noodles for the rest of the day. Your hard work made it all happen. It takes a lot of shoulders (and a lot of noodles) to pull this off, and once again our AMBUCS family proved what Shoulders Together really looks like.

Now go put your feet up… at least until next year when we do it all over again! 😄

Enid AM TOO AMBUCS is incredibly proud to sponsor John Pack through the Cherokee Strip Special Olympics, and we are thrilled to celebrate that he has been named Athlete of the Year!

John’s dedication, perseverance, and joyful spirit truly represent what the Special Olympics movement is all about — courage, determination, and the power of believing in yourself.

Moments like this remind us why we stand Shoulders Together as AMBUCS — supporting opportunities that help individuals shine and reach their full potential.

Way to go, John! Your AMBUCS family is cheering you on!

Our speaker for next Wednesday morning represents a place of incredible pride for Enid.

Woodring Regional Airport is not only a vital part of our community—it is also Oklahoma’s first Purple Heart Airport, honoring the courage and sacrifice of our nation’s wounded veterans.

And as the home of Oklahoma’s official Vietnam War Memorial Wall, it stands as a powerful reminder that freedom is never free.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our guest speaker, Elaine Johns on Wednesday, March 18 at 6:45am.

Today members of Enid AM TOO AMBUCS had the privilege of partnering with Our Daily Bread to help serve our community.

What a blessing it was to lend a hand — and an even bigger blessing to receive the joy, gratitude, and fellowship that came with it.

Sometimes the biggest blessing is simply showing up and serving side by side.

Shoulders Together… making a difference.

National AMBUCS
·
We were proud to be part of the 2026 Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) hosted by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) in Anaheim, February 12 to 14.
With more than 15,000 attendees, over 1,440 research posters, and 400 educational sessions, CSM continues to be the largest gathering of physical therapy professionals in the industry. It was an incredible opportunity for AMBUCS and Amtryke to connect with clinicians, researchers, students, and partners who are passionate about improving mobility and independence.
Throughout the conference, we had powerful conversations about adaptive cycling, evidence-based therapy tools, and how Amtrykes support riders with disabilities in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
We were encouraged by the number of PTs and students eager to bring adaptive trykes into their clinics and communities.
A huge thank you to the leaders who represented the mission so well:
- Sol Cal Trykers, Chapter of AMBUCS So Cal Trykers
- Red Star Riders, Chapter of AMBUCS Star Riders
- OC Special Spokes, Chapter of AMBUCS OC Special Spokes
- Ashley Schilling, Director of Amtryke Education
We left Anaheim energized and grateful. The future of adaptive mobility is stronger when we collaborate with physical therapy professionals who believe, like we do, that mobility changes lives. Here’s to continued partnerships, expanded access, and more Ambucs in the world!
