Our hearts are heavy as we remember Jasie. Words cannot capture what she meant to Making a Difference and to the countless individuals and families she served. She was not only a gifted LCSW, but a compassionate presence and steady source of hope and JOY. Her legacy will continue through the lives she helped transform. She will be deeply missed.

This past Saturday, our beloved friend and sister, Jasie Randol, won her fight, breathed her final time in this world, and breathed her first time in the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus. The same Jesus that she led us in worship to is now the same Jesus she is worshipping face to face. Our hearts rejoice in her victory, and at the same time we grieve in the void we feel. Jasie impacted our lives in so many ways and words today fail us in expressing how much we will miss her, her smile, her laughter, her energy, her love for people, her love for the Lord, and just the overall way she made life enjoyable when you were in her presence. Since the joy of the Lord is our strength, that explains to us all the incredible strength we saw displayed throughout Jasie’s battle with cancer. She fought a good fight, she finished the race, she kept the faith, and now there is laid up for her a crown! We invite everyone who would like to join her family and all of us who loved her in celebrating her life and faith as we honor the Jesus she lived for in a very special Celebration Of Life Service on Thursday, April 2nd, at Enid First Assembly beginning at 10:00 am. We will reflect on an amazing life lived for Jesus and encourage your faith in a way that only Jasie’s life could express. Please continue to keep her family in your prayers in these upcoming days and remember to reach out and be the hands and feet of Jesus in this time. EFA Family, we love you. ❤️

Our very beloved past Executive Director and co-founder of Making a Difference, Kelli Osburn, has gone on to be with the Lord.
Her legacy of being a difference maker will live on through this organization and all the people she poured so much time and love into!
We would love to invite you to celebrate her life with us on Tuesday, November 11th, at 10am at World Harvest Church.

Feed the Neighborhood 2025 Recap
What an amazing day! 🙌
Here’s what we accomplished together:

This weekend, our leadership team at Making A Difference, Inc. had the incredible opportunity to attend the Global Leadership Summit and learn from world-class leaders like John Maxwell, Nick Saban, and Craig Groeschel.
We came away inspired, challenged, and ready to dream even bigger for the future of our community to further make a difference. 🙌

A special highlight? Lunch with one of our favorite leaders, Kelli Osburn—a reminder that leadership is not just about what you know, but who you grow with!

MEET THE MISSION:
We're thrilled to launch "Meet the Mission" with Making a Difference, Inc. (MAD)! Their mission: "To make a difference in our world by providing various social services and activities that will meet the needs of people and families in our community."

From a compassionate start in 1998 to becoming an accredited counseling center, MAD Inc.'s history is one of continuous growth and impact. The City of Enid is proud to partner with them, having allocated $336,444 in Federal CDBG funds over the past 5 years (2021-2024) to support their invaluable work.

⚡️We’re THUNDERed up at the office today!⚡️

We had a blast at Making A Difference, Inc. showing our support for the OKC Thunder! 💙🏀 Several staff rocked their Thunder gear, and our group therapy joined in on the fun with Thunder-themed crafts all about teamwork and sticking together—because whether it's in basketball or life, we’re stronger as a team.

Just another creative way we make healing fun and meaningful. Thunder up, y’all! 💥🙌

🌼 Spring Highlights from Making a Difference 🌼

Our team stayed busy this season, and we’re grateful for every chance to serve:

🍼Community Baby Shower
We teamed up with local partners to support expectant and new mothers—handing out diapers, wipes, books, and plenty of encouragement. Watching families leave a little lighter (and a lot better supplied) was a joy.

🌻Caregiver Wellness Screenings
Through our partnership with Sooner SUCCESS, we offered mental-health and stress-check stations at several caregiver gatherings. Caregivers give so much; providing space for them to breathe and recharge felt essential.

👶Child Abuse Prevention Month
In April, we sponsored the Wooden Children displays placed downtown, reminding us all that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment. Your supportive messages helped amplify that mission.
