✨ Staff Spotlight: Kristi Renae Colvin, PTA ✨

Kristi has been a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant at Victory for 19+ years—bringing experience, compassion, and skill to every patient she works with. She graduated in 1998 from McLennan Community College and has proudly served the Ennis community since 2001.

Her background is incredibly diverse, with experience in orthopedic clinics, home health, rehab, hospital, acute care, SNU, and nursing home settings—so it’s safe to say she’s seen (and helped!) it all 🙌

💙 Why she chose PT:
A desire to help people get better and truly make a difference in their lives

🏡 Why she chose Victory:
Because of the impact Victory has made in the community—and the joy of working alongside friends and family right here in Ennis

🦵 Favorite rehab populations:
Total knee replacements and balance patients

🌙 Outside the clinic:
Kristi is a self-proclaimed night owl who loves gardening 🌱, reading 📚, crafting 🎨, and spending time with family and friends

Walking the dog

🎨 If she weren’t a PTA:
She’d likely be a home decorator or photographer (we can totally see it!)

🎉 Victory Physical Therapy Celebrates 20 Years! 🎉

As we celebrate two decades of helping our community move and feel better, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible people who make Victory what it is 💙

✨ Staff Spotlight: Carol Ann Wolaver (Soukup) ✨

If you’ve walked through our doors, chances are you’ve been greeted by Carol Ann’s friendly face! For nearly 2 years, she’s been our receptionist, plant waterer 🌿, and yes… our official toilet paper filler 🧻 (a very important role, we might add!).

Carol Ann joined Victory after “retiring” — but when you’ve known the owner for 30-ish years and worked with her husband for 25, it kind of feels like coming home. Plus, she decided retirement needed a little upgrade… like insurance 😉

🦋 Three words she uses to describe herself:
Anti-social butterfly (we love that!)

🎨 Things she loves:
Legos, resin crafts, paper crafting, and all things plants 🌱

🌅 Fun fact:
She got married on a beach at sunset in Dolphin Island, Alabama… in the ice! ❄️ Talk about unforgettable!

💬 Favorite part of Victory:
“Seeing the transformations of the patients and getting to watch them ‘graduate’ therapy.”

💡 Her advice to patients:
“Work at it—it will get better.”

As we celebrate 20 years at Victory PT we are going to do 20 days of Celebration!

Day 1

Victory Physical Therapy was founded 20 years ago by Brandi Anthony with a simple goal — to give back to the community she calls home.

She dreamed of creating a place where care is personal, and where patients are also neighbors you might see at the local grocery store, where relationships mattered, and where care felt personal.

That heart for helping others is still what drives us today. Thank you for being part of our journey 💙
