Well, friends, summer is coming to an end. With fall coming, we send this appeal. After Thanksgiving 2020 and 2021, we saw spectacular waves of COVID that lasted through the holidays and to February the next year. It was all hands on deck testing and helping patients manage COVID-19. We, your local healthcare providers, have a simple request: get the new bivalent booster vaccine along with your flu shot now. Let’s prevent another surge in 2022. We have Moderna and Pfizer bivalent booster vaccines, good for everyone 12 and older. You can get yours 2 months after your primary series or last booster. You can get the bivalent booster at the same time as you get your flu shot. One and done.

2. Wear sunscreen, and reapply every 2 hours

4. Consider UV-protective window film applied to windows, in your car or at home
5. Stay away from tanning beds
6. Do monthly skin self-exams on yourself and loved one
