Many people carry tension in their shoulders without realizing it. Long hours at a desk or looking down at a phone can cause the shoulders to slowly creep upward, putting extra strain on the neck and upper back.

Try a quick reset: gently let your shoulders drop down and back, take a slow deep breath, and allow the muscles to relax. Practicing this simple posture check throughout the day can help reduce built-up tension.
