Iโve shared my weight loss journey on here before, but for anyone new, I gained about 50 pounds while in quarantine. I was at my lowest point mentally & the heaviest I had ever been in my life.
I know my page is about helping women feel beautiful on the outside, but I also want to shine a light on how important mental health is & the work that needs to be done on the inside. We all have things we want to improve when it comes to our body, but remember that majority of the work needs to be on the inside first. I spent my whole life up until this point picking myself apart and hating every part of my body. Everything I did from the way I ate to working out was all for the wrong reasons and itโs why I failed every time. I started seeing the biggest difference in my body when I changed my mindset around fitness to be the healthiest version of myself instead of just trying to look a certain way.
Itโs okay to have things you want to improve on, but be kind to yourself along the way. Love and accept every version of yourself, not just the version that youโre working towards getting to๐ฆโจ
