Recently, the defense tried to push back the trial date in a case involving our client who suffered a traumatic brain injury and memory loss. Delays are a common tactic used by insurance companies to wear people down.

Some cases deserve a second look.

Our client was injured when a poorly secured shelf in her apartment collapsed, sending heavy stoneware into her shoulder, neck, and arm.
