Base Pricing + Deep Tissue Upgrade

In addition to new massage upgrade packages, I’m also introducing a Deep Tissue upgrade option. This upgrade will be available for all massage sessions except prenatal, allowing clients to choose a deeper, more focused level of work when appropriate.

My regular massage pricing includes light to firm pressure and is designed for relaxation, general tension relief, and overall wellness. Deep tissue massage is offered as an upgrade because it requires a significantly higher level of physical demand, focus, and precision from the therapist.

Deep tissue work involves slower pacing, sustained pressure, and targeted techniques to address chronic tension, restricted movement, and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This level of work places greater strain on the therapist’s hands, wrists, shoulders, and body overall, and often requires additional recovery time between sessions to maintain quality, safety, and longevity of care.
