“Spinning the bottle on your love life after being cheated on… 🎯💔
It’s scary to open your heart again. You might feel like breaking up before they do, or just protecting yourself. Healing takes time, and it’s okay to go at your own pace. 💌

Spending the holidays with my sister after many years 🤍 Feeling deeply grateful for togetherness and the little moments that matter most. As we end the year, we learn to let go of what was, so we can make room for the good things to come. Wherever you are this season, focus on what’s good—and remember, you don’t have to do it alone.

After infidelity, your body often reacts before your mind does.
You may want to trust again, but your body hesitates.
That doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means your body learned what betrayal felt like and is trying to protect you.

When we slow down and understand these reactions, healing can begin.

Staying after infidelity doesn’t make you weak — staying without healing hurts you.
You’re allowed to stay.
You’re allowed to leave.
But you are not meant to carry this trauma alone.

Rebuilding takes transparency, safety, consistency, and accountability — not just apologies.
If they want the relationship, they have to earn your nervous system’s trust again.

Staying is a choice. Healing is a necessity.

If you’re ready for guidance, tools, and a clear path to healing,

At first, a dog needs a short leash so you can learn his rhythm.
But once trust is rebuilt, letting him off the leash lets both of you relax.
Healing after betrayal works the same way.
You can’t control your partner’s every move — and holding tight only exhausts you.
Letting go energetically is not giving up… it’s giving yourself permission to stop living in hyper-vigilance and start living in peace. 🕊️
