Wellness Wednesday 💪
If you exercise regularly, rest days aren’t lazy — they’re necessary.
Recovery is when muscles repair, joints reset, and the body actually gets stronger.
Skipping recovery often leads to tightness, fatigue, and injury.
And this applies to kids too — especially youth athletes.
They get caught up in the go-go-go of practices, games, and training, but growing bodies need recovery just as much as activity.
Sometimes the best thing you can do for performance is pause.
If your body (or your athlete’s body) isn’t bouncing back like it should, we’re here to help.
