"I had an amazing experience here at The Aviary. The staff were very helpful & knowledgeable. Like any other inpatient place, if you treat the staff with respect, they will return the favor. I liked the fact that they would hire former clients who were living in recovery. It was motivating to me. I would never want to return as a client, but definitely as an employee!!"

November is here, and with it comes a chance to slow down and take stock of what we’re thankful for. In recovery, gratitude isn’t just a feeling, it’s a practice that keeps us grounded, hopeful, and connected to what matters most.

Maybe it’s the people who’ve stood by you, the small victories that remind you how far you’ve come, or simply waking up with a new chance to grow. Whatever it looks like for you, take a moment today to notice it.

This National Gratitude Month, we’re focusing on the simple truth that recovery and gratitude go hand in hand. When we lead with thankfulness, healing follows.

🧡 What’s one thing you’re grateful for today? Drop it in the comments, we’d love to hear it.
