🌿 Help Us Transform Our Health Care Patio! 🌿

For years, our fishpond brought joy to residents and team members at Fairmount Homes. Unfortunately, it’s now unsafe and needs to be removed. But we see this as an opportunity to create a safe, covered outdoor retreat where residents can relax, enjoy fresh air and connect with nature.

A generous donor will match every gift dollar-for-dollar up to $25,000 for donations received by December 1, doubling your impact! Initial plans include a pergola, a peaceful water feature and raised beds for a sensory garden that our residents will enjoy for years to come.

🍁 Fall Spirit Week — Fall Colors Day! 🍁

Today’s Spirit Week theme is Fall Colors, and instead of employee photos, we’re highlighting one of our Thankfulness Trees found around campus.

Each tree is filled with handwritten notes of gratitude from our Fairmount community — reminders of the blessings, people and moments we’re thankful for this season.

Thank you to everyone who added a leaf and helped our trees grow with gratitude. 🍂💛 What are you thankful for?

🧦 Spirit Week – Day 3: Wacky Sock Day! 🧦

Our team had a blast showing off their personalities — one pair of wacky socks at a time! From bold patterns and bright colors to funny characters and mismatched pairs, everyone stepped up their spirit and brought plenty of smiles to the workplace.

It’s been a fun week so far, and we’re looking forward to keeping the energy going through the rest of Spirit Week!
