Fairmount has been a place where compassion, community, and Christ’s love come together to enrich the lives of those we serve. Rooted in Mennonite values, we are grateful for the residents, families, team members, volunteers, and supporters who have helped shape our story through the decades.

As we celebrate this special milestone, we reflect on God’s faithfulness in the past and look ahead with gratitude and purpose. Our goal is not only to meet today’s needs but to ensure that future generations can experience the same faith-based, compassionate community that has defined Fairmount since 1968.

What a meaningful moment to witness this morning ❤

Glen and Marty Kauffman, incoming Orchard Terrace residents, had the opportunity to place a Bible—belonging to Marty’s late husband, Galen—into a concrete mold that will become part of the foundation of their future cottage. As Glen beautifully shared, “Our cottage is built on the Word of God.”

Members of Fairmount Homes’ Marketing & Communications team, along with representatives from EGStoltzfus and Weaver Superior Walls, were honored to be present for this sacred milestone—a truly special moment we were privileged to witness. Prior to the concrete pour and Bible placement, we also enjoyed a tour of Weaver Superior Walls, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at the craftsmanship that will support this new community.

Fairmount is grateful to walk alongside residents as faith, legacy and new beginnings come together in such powerful ways.

🥪 Bistro Special Feature: The Robert 🥪

Meet The Robert — a bold turkey club inspired by none other than Robert himself (pictured here!). This hearty sandwich stacks turkey, pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, arugula, fresh tomatoes, and pickled jalapeños, all finished with a kick of horseradish aioli on toasted sourdough.
