Meet Our Panelist, Dr. Marc Steiner 💆‍♂

Dr. Marc Steiner is the founder of Steiner Family Chiropractic, a family-focused practice providing gentle and specific chiropractic care for adults, pregnancy, infants, and children. Dr. Steiner is both Webster Certified and Perinatal Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, bringing advanced training and extensive experience in caring for pregnant women, newborns, and children.

Meet Our Panelist, Michelle Dufresne 🍼

Michelle Dufresne is an Occupational Therapist and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) at Adaptive Pediatric Therapy (APT), a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and their families through evidence-based, compassionate care. The APT team specializes in pediatric feeding and swallowing, lactation support, oral motor and myofunctional therapy, and sensory-based interventions, focusing on identifying and treating root causes to promote each child’s optimal growth, function, and holistic development.

Michelle has been practicing as an occupational therapist since 2009, with experience across the lifespan, and now focuses primarily on infant feeding. She takes pride in delivering high-quality, evidence-based lactation care to families across the Seacoast and surrounding areas. Her approach empowers parents with the knowledge and confidence to create nurturing environments for their little ones. Allison Caplin is the founder of Adaptive Pediatric Therapy (APT), a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice dedicated to supporting children and their families through evidence-based, compassionate care. Misa Pignataro is the founder of Misa’s Clean Kitchen, where she helps families bring peace and joy back to the dinner table.
