Small Business Saturday is a beautiful reminder of how much we uplift one another through community, connection, and choosing to shop small during the holiday season. Your support not only helps small businesses thrive, it also strengthens the circle of healing and care we create together.

In that spirit, I’m offering a special opportunity for those who feel called to do some inner work before the holidays arrive. I’m opening 75 minute Theta Healing sessions for $75, available by Zoom, which is a $50 discount from the usual session rate. This is my way of giving back to those who support my small business and the healing community around it.

Always my favorite reminder. If you have kiddos, taking class in the summer can be tricky (I know from experience 😂) but let me tell you, when I make time to take class:

I FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON, every time.

So I highly recommend fitting in class whenever you can.
