I know I don't need to thank people for being decent, kind, and compassionate humans- but I am...
Thank you for the love you have sent me this last week. I felt, and continue to feel so supported.
I am taking tomorrow "off" to play teacher mom with Finn being home with a virtual school day, but I anticipate having the ability to work on my schedule. (Which is certifiably messier than my hair- and y'all have SEEN my hair. 😅)

I have a humble ask, though... if you're waiting on me to contact you for an appointment, will you message me and remind me? I have a list... somewhere... with some names, I think...
I pride myself in keeping good notes & trying to keep straight who canceled/needed to reschedule. But, since the beginning of February life got a little, well, coo-coo crazy 🍌 👖 - as we say in the O'Connell house.
If you, or I, have needed to reschedule, cancel, forgot an appointment- what ever it may be, will you please reach out to me.
Life is life-ing and my brain isn't brain-ing... and ya know what, instead of the typical shaming myself to do/be better, I'm just going to ask you to help this sista out.

Thanks again for your support, the texts and calls, the flowers and cards, the care packages and meals, and alllll the love you have sent my way this week. It means the world to me.

There are no words to describe the hurt in my heart.
My dad passed yesterday after one hell of a fight with pancreatic cancer.
He was one of a kind, always ready to welcome guests with a smile, a drink, and a story. He radiated love and ensured that each time we left the house we knew how much he loved us. He took pride in raising good humans & taught us to leave people better than we found them. He was the biggest cheerleader for us kids, and believed with every ounce of his being that we could achieve what ever we set our minds to.
I am fortunate to have known his love, I am honored to have been his daughter, and privileged to be a Sneed.
He passed on international women's day, which as a top notch girl dad raising strong, independent, take-no-sh*t-from-nobody kind of girls, is nearly the cherry on top of it all.
Heaven has a large part of my heart.

When life zigs, we zag...

Monday mornings I typically have off, I use that time to catch up on my ever growing to do list, with 3 boys, housework, studying for boards, and being a one woman show business owner.

I was planning on replying to everyone tomorrow morning. As my original plan of Saturday afternoon was postponed due to Kevin not getting back in from chores, aka: un-freezing waters & replacing a frozen pipe, until nearly 7pm. I'll just keep zagging over here...

I will try my darndest to get back to everyone tomorrow morning, but with the 2 hr delay, I will have a redheaded 6 yr old on my tail to tell knock knock jokes and sip hot chocolate... and who could resist an offer like that!?
