It requires good nutrition for optimum functioning of brain as well as body, and stress can effect how our bodies respond to our environment. Your journey is different than anyone else because we have all had different life experiences. My goal is to assist those in need of healing for whatever reason, to understand what it takes to be healed. Michelle Selby has a Bachelors in Education, Physical Education/Biology and have training as a Massage Therapist after graduating from The Institute of Bodywork Studies, and have been a practicing licensed therapist for 5 years.
