In Bountiful, we saw something clearly.

One hour a week helped.

But for many people… it wasn’t enough.

Healing isn’t like flipping a switch.

It’s more like training for endurance.

If you want to build strength, you don’t go to the gym once a week and expect transformation.

If you’re learning a language, you don’t study for one hour and become fluent.

If you water a plant once every seven days and ignore the soil, sunlight, and roots... it survives… but it doesn’t thrive.

The nervous system is the same.

When someone has been living in stress mode for years, a single weekly session can calm the body temporarily, but it often snaps back to survival by Tuesday.

That’s why Erda changes everything.

We are moving from drop-in wellness to structured rhythm.

Longer time blocks.

Reenew began because Cindy was sick.

For years.

She had already been in the holistic wellness world for over 25 years — studying, learning, trying protocols, connecting dots for herself.

But she still felt like something was missing.

When she discovered the Energy Enhancement System, she had a very clear impression:

“This is what my body has been needing.”

And it helped her.

Not overnight. Not magically.

But consistently.

That experience changed everything.

It wasn’t just about one tool.

It was about what happens when the body finally feels supported at a foundational level.

Cindy is not a licensed medical provider and she doesn’t claim to be.

What she is is deeply curious, relentlessly thoughtful, and exceptionally good at seeing patterns.

She has spent decades putting the pieces together: frequency, circulation, detox pathways, nervous system regulation, cellular support.

And she is smart enough to know where her gaps are.

That’s why we bring in naturopathic and other professional support when needed.

Reenew wasn’t created to diagnose or treat.

Thursdays 8 am - 12 pm

⏰ Sessions are now booked in 2-hour structured blocks. They will start on the opening hour and reset every two hours.

Why?

Because healing isn’t rushed.
Because your nervous system needs consistency.
Because we are building rhythm, not chaos.

✨ If your current membership has an odd number of hours we will float the extra hour so you can align with the new 2-hour blocks.

No one loses time.

We’ve moved out of Bountiful and into a private, peaceful, nature-surrounded space designed for deeper healing, more focused sessions, and structured wellness experiences.

This is not just a location change.

It’s an evolution.

Beginning this week:

✔️ Appointments are in structured time blocks
✔️ Membership options have expanded
✔️ Overnight experiences are launching
✔️ Retreats begin March 20–21

We’re excited to officially share our new hours in Erda:

Tuesday: 10:00–6:00
Wednesday: 1:00–7:00
Thursday: 8:00–12:00

As we step into this next chapter, we’re also moving to 2-hour booking blocks, with sessions starting on the opening hour and resetting every two hours.

This new structure allows us to create consistency, flow, and a better overall experience for everyone.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you into the new space next week.
