Bridging the gap between your left and right brain, your intellect and emotion, your mind and your body. The goal of therapy is integrating yourself in a way that feels closer to Wholeness; helping the pendulum to swing a little closer to center. I specialize in treating trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, sexual health, and addiction issues. I am certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) therapy and am a Registered Art Therapist. Currently, I am being supervised for my S*x Therapy certification.
